This ensures both sides are aligned before any work begins.

3. Onboarding

Once the proposal is approved and payment is received, onboarding begins.

You’ll receive a simple form to collect the information and access required to begin implementation. This helps ensure everything is organized and eliminates unnecessary back-and-forth.

4. Implementation & Communication

As systems are implemented, you’ll receive regular progress updates outlining:

  • Upcoming objectives

Clients may request a call as needed to discuss progress, questions, or changing priorities.

5. Review & Refinement

After major one-time implementation work is complete, we’ll review the finished systems together and make any necessary adjustments.

6. Long-Term Support

For one-time projects, you’ll receive a walkthrough explaining how to manage and maintain your assets independently.
